Another DA approval was received this week for the demolition of an existing house and the construction of a brand new house in Castlecrag under the Willoughby Council. The site had no easement with a drastic fall to the rear.
Four neighbour objections, located in the Environmental Living zone, Council has issues with the basement garage, which was proposed.
