Level Architects + Interiors was established in 2012 by Minoo Samadi. Minoo is a registered architect, ARB no. 9617, with a Master of Architecture degree from the University of New South Wales. She has worked in a number of practices across Sydney over the past 9 years including Woods Bagot, TKD Architects and AC Architects. Her experience covers a variety of building types from private residences and small retail fit-outs to large multi-residential and public buildings. This experience enabled her to understand the project delivery process for any size of project efficiently.

Working with client’s budget and aligning it with the brief is essential part of the design. Studying the project brief in relation to the site setting and the encompassing environmental factors allow us to provide the most optimum design for our clients.

Every project is unique as we design exclusively for each site. There are always extensive around the table discussions to understand the client’s needs and aligning them with their budget. We make our clients goals our goals, establishing long term, cost-effective outcomes that add real value to their project.
